He is also a Registered Master Valuer, a member of the Canadian Jewellers Association, and a Director of the Jewellers Vigilance Canada (www.jewellersvigilance.ca). "An educated client will trust a professional jeweller who is knowledgeable in both personal service and quality," he notes. Providing quality service to each and every client, Allan, Anita, and Lisa manage the Gallery together. "When a business expands, quite often extra staff are hired and some of the personal one-on-one interaction is lost," says Allan.
